1. Information we collect

Niatse collects information you provide directly — including your phone number, business name, and financial transaction data — as well as usage data generated when you interact with our platform. We parse MoMo and bank SMS receipts you voluntarily submit to populate your ledger.

2. How we use your information

Your data is used to provide and improve the Niatse Financial OS: generating your Harmony Score, surfacing AI insights, processing invoices, and enabling Susu circle management. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

All data is stored on Supabase (EU-Central region) with row-level security enforced at the database layer. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Your financial data is isolated to your account and never shared with other users.

4. Third-party services

We integrate with Africa's Talking (SMS/USSD), Meta (WhatsApp Business API), and FCM (push notifications). KYC verification will be provided by TrustProtocol. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@niatse.app. Account deletion removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.
